inka bachpan?

Kabhi chai ki gumti pe to kabhi kisi dhabe pe
Kabhi kude ke dhero mein to kabhi sadak ke kinare pe
Dekha hai inhe yu har din guzarte hue

Ya kabhi kisi khilone ko khreed khush hote honge?
‘Mujhe halwa puri khila do ma’ kabhi kehte bhi honge?
Ya nayi kameez pehen ke janamdin pe hanste honge?

Ye sabhi to aasmani baatein hain inke liye
Puri ki kya hat kare jab roti poori padti nahi
Inke gharo mein kai baar chulhe ki aag tak jalti nahi

Kya karenge kya bangenge koi na jaane koi na soche
Koi kisi andhi galiyon mein bhatak jayega
Koi yu hi zindagi bhar kaam karta jayega
Shayad hazaron mein koi ek aisa bhi dikhe
Jo in gumnam jahan se pare naam kamayega....shayad!!!

Indianized CWG

When anything comes to India we love to Indianize it. This has been true with everything including companies, food, apparels etc. Mc’Donalds removed the ham and popularized its burgers with aloo tikkis. International companies have to provide all the religious holidays as well as throw Holi and Diwali parties. Apparels, music, films all of them better work by the name fusion. So far not bad! But what about indianizing Common Wealth Games? Yes, the Common Wealth Games have been indianized and it was done so fast that as soon as the news broke everything related to it started adapting the Indianized colors including its name.

For India, Common Wealth Games mean a game were public wealth has been made common to its organizers. Initially when people used to say that the infrastructure of Delhi will improve I wondered if this occasion was really that important. But now when there are hardly 40 days the beans has been spilled. How the game committee, government and sports authorities have together with their dedication, planning and teamwork made their own Common Wealth Games successful--Dedication of quietly finding out ways to gulp down public wealth over the years: Planning of creating all the fraud organizations and forgeries in the name of sports equipments and materials: and teamwork for together bringing down the quality, dignity and stature of Common Wealth Games and India.

But on a second thought I think why to blame these people? They have been between us and within us since ages. From the very first day of the idea of CWG in India they had their plans ready to exploit the opportunity, and this always has been the indianized version of government work at execution level. Since Independence till date hardly any project has been completed at national level. Moreover there are delays due to corruption at every step so it is impossible for us to even imagine that such a short-term project will be over smoothly. How could they break their 65 year old record that to for a mere CWG.

After repeated bombardment of this question in my head finally I got a convincing answer. May be if the name of Common Wealth Games was not been abbreviated to CWG this all problem would not have aroused. Because the moment the name was abbreviated to CWG it was adopted by the IFCD (Indian Family of Corrupt Departments). The other senior members of this family which have earned their name and fame over the years and almost every Indian is familiar of its multiple talent in corruption are MCD, PWD etc. so when we say CWG its understood that a new member has joined the group and by now it is grown-up and had shown its true colors. CWG is a full-fledged body with all its mentors well settled. They got enough time and space to make the optimum utilization of this short-termed opportunity. Their bags and mouth are full and now that they have become visible they have earned enough to buy sunglasses for others.

And the pitiful people of India are so much immune or I should say indianized that such incidences hardly affect them. Because they face such things at every step of life, right from getting a birth certificate, to admission in schools, to government jobs, to accessibility to daily needs till death. So a CWG indianization is like passing-by a familiar tune unattended.

talash....

Kuch sochte hai kya sochte hain, ulajh se jaate hain

Hum aksar apni hi baton se behek se jate hain

Aansuo ka daur nahi, dil ka bhi shor nahi

Bas kuch samajh nahi aata baat kuch aur nahi

Phir bhi kuch hai jo nahi hai mere paas

Bolon ki kami nahi, baton ki katare bhi hai

Hansi ke zhoke bhi hain, pyaar ki bauchare bhi hai

Ajeeb sa sab lagta hai phir bhi aaj kal

Apne ho ke bhi jud nahi paa rahe hain mujhe ye sare pal

Kisi se kuch kehna chahte hain mere lafz khamosh nahi
